Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
. Plan daily menus and introduce new dishes to enhance the dining experience.

• Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory, minimize food waste, and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff where necessary.
. Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
. Minimum Requirements
. Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or corporate kitchen.
. Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
