Duties and Responsibilities

•	Ensure proper product placement and display in line with company merchandising standards.
•	Conduct regular market visits to supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and retail outlets to monitor product presentation and stock levels.
•	Ensure optimal stock replenishment, expiry management, and shelf rotation across assigned accounts.
•	Implement promotional activations, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and branding in stores.
•	Collect and report competitor activities, pricing, and market insights to management.
•	Verify product visibility, promotional compliance, and planogram execution.
•	Maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, and decision-makers to secure additional shelf space and brand presence.
•	Compile weekly reports on merchandising performance, product movement, and market trends.
•	Support sales teams during market activations, launches, and sales campaigns.
•	Resolve in-store issues related to stock-outs, product returns, and damaged goods.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

•	Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
•	1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG merchandising, field sales, or retail operations.
•	Understanding of modern and general trade environments.
•	Experience in route planning and field reporting tools (advantage).
