• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage and oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging multimedia content including posts, graphics, videos, product highlights, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Monitor social performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, HR) to support campaigns, launches, and employer branding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a strong digital presence.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, paid social campaigns, and partnership opportunities where relevant.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. • 2–4+ years’ proven experience managing social media for a brand (manufacturing or B2B industry preferred). • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling. • Proficiency with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). • Experience with analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite/Sprout Social. • Knowledge of social media advertising and lead generation strategies is an added advantage.
