Duties and Responsibilities

•	Identify, generate, and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
•	Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
•	Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
•	Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
•	Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online and offline campaigns.
•	Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

•	Proven 1 years of experience in property sales or a similar role.
•	Diploma or degree in real estate, sales & marketing, business administration, or a related field.
•	Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.
•	Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•	Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
