Duties and Responsibilities

 . Accurately process customer payments (cash, card, and mobile money).
• Ensure accurate billing and posting through the POS system (e.g., SAPAAD).
• Cross-check guest orders and corresponding bills before processing payments.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Manage float and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Generate daily cash summaries and handover reports.
• Report any discrepancies or billing issues to the F&B Supervisor.
• Liaise with service staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Enforce internal cash handling policies and controls.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

 CPA II (Part 2) qualification is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience as a cashier in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of point-of-sale systems (e.g., SAPAAD).
• Excellent numeracy and reconciliation skills.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
