JOB TITLE KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

•	Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs. Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.
•	Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.
•	Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
•	Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth.
•	Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly.
•	Negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners banners, communications, etc.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

•	Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.
•	Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
•	Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.
•	Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized and open to working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to change
•	Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
•	Excellent communication & written skills in English.
