• Achieve daily sales revenue targets.
• Receive stock and deliver bread to depots and customers as per assigned route.
• Daily cash and stock reconciliation with sales clerks.
• Collect signed invoices and cheques from customers ensuring payment for delivered products.
• Adhere to zero returns policy and control product damages.
• Collect and account for crates daily.
• Manage and reconcile payment processes.
• Communicate price changes and new products maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Increase brand visibility and sales growth by opening new accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and collect market data.
• Monitor vehicle usage fuel and manage the sales budget.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and manage customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries customer accounts and sales.

• Daily returns (ZERO).
• Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry. • Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making. • Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets. • Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized and open to working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to change • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems. • Excellent communication & written skills in English
