Duties and Responsibilities

•	Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner and keep customers from churning.
•	Offering high quality customer experience to all our customers by building systems to manage customer queries effectively.
•	Providing customers with products and service information by clearly explaining procedures and offering relevant information. Informing customers of promotions on all our products.
•	Documenting all customer interaction according to the standard Operating procedures.
•	Generating and identifying sales leads by reaching out to potential customers.
•	Ability to use the technical systems provided and prepare reports.
•	Handling customer-service related inquiries tactfully, courteously and in a timely manner.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

•	Degree in Communications, Business Management, or a Social course.
•	1 year experience as a full-time customer care personnel.
•	Experience working in a call Centre
•	Proficiency in Basic Computer Software and phone systems
•	Problem solving skills.
•	Strong grasp on the company’s products, services and customer service policies.
