Duties and Responsibilities

•	Oversee and manage field-based sales activities targeting clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
•	Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
•	Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, procurement teams, and other industry stakeholders.
•	Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•	Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate solutions tailored to client needs.
•	Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•	Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
•	Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

•	Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

•	A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•	Proven experience in field-based sales within the construction and/or manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
•	Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•	Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
•	Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
