• Create everything for our feed. That means videos, images, graphics, text, audio, reels, and more.
• Regularly review our statistics and measure the success of our campaigns. You will also focus on optimization metrics like cost-per-interaction and engagement rates. This cohesive data allows us to shift our strategy as needed to boost engagement and build brand loyalty
• Community Management: Take the time to understand the voice of our audience, common inquiries they make and how they prefer to communicate and coordinate anything that might require our attention
• Plan and schedule content at least one week in advance for review and approval by the marketing manager
• Manage day-to-day social media postings, including responding to comments and engaging with the online community.
• Build and nurture relationships with followers to boost engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency across all digital channel
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance search rankings and drive traffic.
• Track content performance with analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics.
• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and content marketing best practices. Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
• Work closely with graphic designer Ensure digital content consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone.
• Integrate with marketers and content creators from other real estate companies to implement content marketing strategies effectively.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling. • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Diploma in information Technology/certificate in graphic design, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design
