• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets for the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and create innovative strategies to capture market share and increase revenue generation
• Collaborate with the management to align sales strategies with the company’s vision.
• Design and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies to enhance client’s engagement and boost sales of the company
• Leverage a strong digital presence to attract and retain local and international clients.
• Build and implement scalable sales systems, processes, and CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to the startup’s evolving needs, ensuring processes are agile and fit for purpose.
• Strengthen relationships with developers, property owners, and clients to expand the company’s network.
• Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and excellence in the organization.
• Provide training and development to equip the team with skills necessary for success in a dynamic startup environment.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience closing deals and driving revenue growth. • At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role. • Experience working in a startup or similarly dynamic environment is highly desirable. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems from scratch. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build high-performing teams. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools to streamline operations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup.
