Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the Restaurant, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Lead, train, and motivate the Restaurant staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Monitor budgets, manage costs, and prepare financial reports.

Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism to maintain a high level of customer service.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Restaurant and attract new business

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager for more than 3 years or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Restaurant management software and financial reporting tools.

A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
